fun puzzles, interesting take in conserving the player's vertical momentum, 

although very hard to notice.

Level 2 did a really good job to teach me this.

also appreciate trying out with raycasting (didn't notice the technical difficulty until you mentioned)

whining:

  • difficulty curve was too steep. level 2 was suddenly way too difficult. was stuck for way too long
  • platform thickness was too thin. can make thicker to block laser easily

also the placement of the switch key (Q) conflicts with my WASD keys, for example, when i had to press left + switch.

Wish it can be placed at spacebar, or any button to the right

Yeah I'm planning to make the platform like a square block

I understand the difficulty spike, you can say I had a fear of making a puzzle game too easy so thought about putting interesting hard levels as I did not have time to make lots of levels. Will make the difficulty curve less steep in the future versions of the game.

That's a really neat concept. I would put the second level after the third level. It could use some other mechanics to add puzzle challenges, other than the red line. But really nice core idea.

Yeah the laser took some time to implement as I was not that much familiar with raycasting, so that didnt leave me time to add in other mechanisms..and yes, some people did find the 2nd one harder + I didnt like what i did with the third level so I'll change it and make the game longer after the jam. Really liked making this one.
